Leadership in the age of information, whether political, military, or commercial requires knowledge of the critical issues involving Cyber security and attack. A high percentage of current leaders are "digital immigrants" and lack a true understanding of the cyber world as it related to threat, protection, and unintended consequences of a non or misunderstanding of the significance of Cyber issues. This presentation will provide an overview of what the significant strategic issues are in terms of doctrine and strategy implementation.
