GovSec 2012: Call for Presentations
1105 Media is pleased to announce that the Call for Presentations is now open for GovSec, featuring U.S. Law Enforcement and the Network-Centric Security Conference, to be held jointly, April 2-4, 2012 at the Washington Convention Center, in Washington D.C.
GovSec focuses on critical infrastructure protection, cybercrime and cyberterrorism, domestic and international terrorism, emergency preparedness and recovery (COOP), and physical security. The exhibits and education at GovSec combine to provide the equipment, tools and strategies needed to anticipate, prepare, prevent and respond to threats to our communities and our nation.
U.S. Law Enforcement at GovSec provides the newest tools and tactics for law enforcement on the federal, state and local level to protect their communities and critical infrastructure from domestic and international terrorism, and natural and accidental disasters while serving as the first line of defense in homeland security and a partner in terrorism investigations.
The Network-Centric Security Conference offers participants the information they need to research, specify and implement IP and network protocols for their security needs. The conference is positioned to bring together development and implementation thought leaders, and the leaders of public and private groups who need to move to a networking solution. The Network-Centric Security Conference provides hands-on opportunities for CSOs, CIOs, and IT managers to learn about security innovations in the IP/networking world with the goal of technology integration into an overall network structure in both private and public sector companies, firms and agencies.
