Some sessions might be closed to the press for security purposes. These sessions will be noted at the press registration table upon check-in.
Members of the press are welcome to attend any open session for reporting purposes, and use portions of the session content for news coverage. Direct connection to the onsite audio/video equipment by all media is prohibited unless cleared through 1105 Government Information Group prior to the event. All recorded material is restricted from being broadcast in its entirety.
