Overview of National Guard Bureau roles and functions.  Outline transition of steady-state staff structure to an adaptive construct during domestic crises.  Describe how National Guard Bureau interacts with other federal mission partners to support national preparedness efforts.  Illustrate processes and products used to identify potential capability gaps and pre-coordinate potential requests for assistance between supporting and supported States.
