November 18, 2013

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Creating a successful Testing, Training, and Education (TT&E) program is vital to preparing an organization to implement contingency plans should an interruption occur. The implementation plan outlines the steps, defines the roadmap and approach, and controls enhancing and managing improvement. Training personnel to fulfill their roles and responsibilities is critical to success. This session covers several types of manageable TT&E planning events that prepare resources to respond to a wide range of business interruptions.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Facilitate learning how to build a strategic TT&E roadmap covering a variety of business interruption responses.
  2. Provide a walkthrough of recommended practices for the establishment of a Testing, Training, and Exercise (TT&E) program positioned for success.
  3. Enable attendees with tools needed to setup or enhance their existing program based on various public standards.
