You can now access, create and update your our company’s 2011 Online Listing.  By using the link below, a new page will open and there will be a list of companies. Simply highlight your company name and enter your password.

The initial Password was emailed to to the person listed on your Application & Exhibit Space Contract as the Contact for Exhibitor Info.  If the primary contact did not receive this email, contact Neak at sneak@1105govinfo.com or 703-876-5084.

 

The first time you log in, you’ll be prompted to change your Password. You are required to change your Password before proceeding with your listing. If you “Forget your Password”, instructions are available on how to retrieve it.

 

Creating Your Web and Show Directory Listings:

Every exhibitor receives a Standard Listing. This includes:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Twitter Address
  • Phone and Email
  • Company Profile (Up to 75 Words; 100 Words for Gold Booth)
  • Product Categories (Unlimited)
  • Brand Names (Up to 5)
  • GSA Contract Number

Once you login, completing your online listing is easy to understand. To assist you, we have created these simple instructions which also contain details on what information and files you will need to complete your listing.

THIS IS THE INFORMATION USED IN THE PRINTED SHOW DIRECTORY.  We will notify you when the Show Directory is closing to allow you to modify your listing prior to publication in the Show Directory.

 

As you enter your information, you’ll find that your company name and booth number is not editable. If you wish to change your company name, contact Neak at sneak@1105govinfo.com or 703-876-5084 or your Account Executive.

 

Upgrades to your online listing are available to you for a small fee.  Contact your Account Executive for details and pricing.

  • Upgrade #1 includes your logo being added to your listing and the online floor plan. 
  • Upgrade #2  includes listings for your show events or presentations. 
  • Upgrade #3, the Gold Digital Booth  includes a company brochure, discount coupon, product showcase with  up to 3 products with photo and brochure, and 3 press releases. 

 

Note: Exhibitor Registration and the Exhibitor Service Manual will be available in November 2010.  You’ll be notified by email when these services are online.
