One week before a murderer entered Sandy Hook Elementary School the school practiced lockdown procedures.   Sandy Hook did not fail at lockdown.  Lockdown failed Sandy Hook.  The presentation will explore how the lockdown plan concept failed at Sandy Hook and how schools can learn from this tragedy.

  2. How to make critical decisions in an emergency.
